BREAKING BARRIERS THROUGH INNOVATION

Property Week’s Living & Care Conference will cover all the key topics currently shaping the sector, from local government policy updates to the areas where schemes most often face delays.

The day will feature a mix of presentations, panel discussions, lightning talks, and roundtable discussions, alongside drinks, refreshments, and lunch, giving you plenty of opportunities for networking throughout the day.

STREAMS: This year’s conference will feature two parallel streams:

• Stream one will focus on retirement living.
• stream two will focus on care and specialist care

Both streams will run simultaneously in separate locations, with four sessions in each. To get the most out of the day, we encourage you to plan your schedule in advance, choosing which sessions to attend in each time slot. You’re welcome to switch between streams after a session has ended, but not while a session is in progress, allowing you to create a mix that suits your interests.

ROUNDTABLES OVER BUBBLES: The final session of the day will be an interactive roundtable, giving you the chance to explore pressing issues while enjoying a glass of bubbles and some networking!
