David Bridges, McCarthy & Stone’s Group Marketing & Customer Experience Director, will provide insight into the company’s new direction and strategy, highlighting how it will be responding to the more challenging secondary housing market and the evolving needs of older people.

David joined McCarthy & Stone in April 2016 to drive effective marketing across the Group as well as a consistent customer experience that reflects the needs of our buyers. David is also responsible for the ongoing improvement of sales operations across the regions. Previously, David was on the board of Linden Homes where he was Business Improvement Director. He also has board level experience with Taylor Wimpey’s UK business and Keepmoat Homes, as well as with other major property businesses in SEGRO and Wates Construction. David started his career at Shell and, prior to entering the property industry, was a successful management consultant as a partner with Deloitte and Chief Executive at a specialist marketing strategy consultancy.
