Sian is a board-level commercial and operational leader with a strong track record in scaling premium, highly regulated care and retirement living platforms, value creation, and exit-driven growth including Sunrise Senior Living and the Audley Group.

She has previously held senior leadership responsibility at Sunrise Senior Living during expansion of a £200m UK turnover business, growing the platform from 19 to 46 communities through a combination of development, M&A, integration and operating performance improvement, driving sustained 90% occupancy and revenue growth.

At Audley Group in a board-level position, she played a key role in scaling the business from 14 to 21 retirement villages, alongside the creation and launch of a mid-market brand with 250 units and further global investment for growth.

She is highly experienced in investor relations, strategic planning and commercial modelling, including building investor-ready propositions and translating complex care, operational and clinical delivery models into scalable, investable platforms with clear growth levers.
