We’re making sure that no matter what happens we’re ready to roll. We cannot predict the future, but we can prepare for it. And that's exactly what we’re doing. To make sure that we can deliver, we're creating a hybrid event programme that is available to you online and in person.

On 24 February 2022 the UK Government lifted all COVID restrictions, including those in place for live events.

We are committed to the safety of both our guests and employees, and we continue to keep your safety at the forefront of our plans.

Before you arrive onsite at the event, we ask that you please read our updated Essential Guide that highlights the precautions we are taking, and those you must take yourself, to ensure both your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of your peers.

Our updated emap secure statement is designed to deliver industry-leading health and safety standards and procedures that will help put the minds of our event attendees at ease.

Both our Essential Guide and emap Secure Statement are under constant review and kept up to date in line with the latest government announcements, so please be sure to reread these documents before visiting another of our events.

By attending our event, you confirm that:

- you are free of all COVID-19 symptoms, including a fever, a new continuous cough, shortness of breath, loss of their sense of taste and smell

- you are not awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test

-you have not been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
