Paul is the CIO and founder of Wallacea Living a London focused integrated retirement living developer and operator. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate, most recently at Goldman Sachs where he set up and funded Riverstone. Previously, Paul was at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. At Lehman Brothers, Paul was involved in the formation of a UK retirement living platform which post the GFC became LifeCare Residences.
