Gavin founded Silbury in 2020. Formerly head of Residential Development Lending at Octopus Real Estate, Gavin was responsible for lending £1bn into the UK residential and student accommodation sectors after establishing the team in 2014. Prior to this, Gavin worked within specialist housebuilders’ teams at Lloyds Banking Group.
