Lex had a highly mixed career prior to getting into the retirement living sector in 2012 when he was first involved in the construction of an Extra Care community for a Housing Association. After then working as a Business Development Director for a specialist contractor who developed senior living communities and care homes for a further 5 years, he became the Head of Operations and Membership for ARCO. Today Lex works for Sherpa, a specialist Senior Living sales platform from North America that has very recently merged with two other Senior Living sector providers. Today this new combined company has over 6000 communities using their software and has the world's single largest senior living data set. Lex and his colleagues at Sherpa are on a quiet mission to fundamentally change the way we sell Senior living in the UK.
