Dasos joined Shawbrook Bank in 2018 and has over 29 years of experience in Corporate Banking, 20 of those solely dedicated to the Healthcare sector. During this time, Dasos held various senior roles at Allied Irish Bank and at Santander where in 2007, he helped establish a new healthcare team that created a successful lending portfolio of over £3billion. Leading a high performing team, Dasos has continually evolved the facilities available to all types of healthcare operators to better support the sector with the focus on maintaining and enhancing patient or resident’s outcomes. In the last 4 years, Dasos’ team arranged over 150 transactions and delivered over £300m of net funding to support the sector through health professionals, NHS Trusts domiciliary care and residential homes in Childrens, Adult and Elderly care.
