Ben has over 20 years’ real estate experience with a career spanning the design, construction, advisory and investment sectors. He joined Legal & General Capital in 2020 to head up Senior Housing and is responsible for their direct investments as well as the long-term investment strategy. Ben is a board member on the Inspired Villages JV, a £500m joint venture between Legal & General Capital and NatWest Pension Fund, and is also a member of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce where he co-leads the Products Workstream. Prior to joining Legal & General, Ben was a Senior Director at CBRE where he led their senior housing business in the UK.
