She has particular expertise in mixed use regeneration projects and enabling developments, and acts for a wide variety of private sector clients, including housebuilders, land promoters and development companies. Nicola is also the author of a popular blog covering planning reform, case law, key appeal decisions and other planning related events and a regular columnist for The Planner Magazine.
