Tom joined Carterwood in 2010 and is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the social care sector.

Tom works closely with Carterwood’s clients to assist with commercial due diligence, obtaining planning permission, improving the performance of existing services, and setting future strategy for groups and portfolios. More recently this has extended to growing the subscriber base of Carterwood’s online platforms for assessing elderly care home and retirement living markets – Carterwood Analytics.
