Kyle Co-Heads the Trowers & Hamlins Health and Social Care Team. He is a real estate projects lawyer focussed on the intersection of accommodation and care and support provision, working with both the public and private sectors on transactions across a range of healthcare markets including care homes, supported housing, senior living and primary care. Kyle has a detailed understanding of the key legal, commercial and operational issues facing the retirement sector. He has worked with ARCO since 2015, contributing to a number of key IRC policy and legal initiatives. He is a leading authority on retirement "event fee" models and the wider regulatory regimes which apply to the sector.
